Not a lot of details here, have you looked at a piggy back kit from Metco? Maybe using a marauder crank pulley and on of those add on's to get desired setup? Hard to see how this is all setup in your pics but it looks like a piggy back pulley on a stock balancer. Something from the marauder/eaton swap guys may make this work.
