RPM tach quit working

Hey guys my rpm tach quit working on me. It was after I replaced the negative cable on my battery. Any suggestions?

make sure you hooked up all your grounds, because thats what it sounds like

also check the fuse under the dash- as well as ground going to both the block and fenderwall (for ECU) . GOOD LUCK

Thanks guys. I was thinking it has to be a ground. I'll check it out.
