i have backed the fuel pressure reugulator to 35#'s ansd it is still running rich. I scanned the codes and the ect sensor was out of range could this cause it to run rich
Is the other end of the vac. line for the fuel press. reg hooked up to the intake?? if theres no vac at the regulator it will be as if its at wide open throttle which you probably know already
If the ECT is out of range, that will keep your engine running in open loop like you just started the car in the morning and this is going to dump alot of fuel into the system. Your never going to achieve close dloop without a signal from the tem sensor. Fix that and you should be ok
