96 gt 5 speed...had a couple plug wires mixed up, solved that issue...O2 sensors weren't reading due to messed up wires, solved that issue...had an injector plug that wouldn't stat connected, solved that issue...

Still when the motor gets up to temperature it starts running really rough, like it has a nasty misfire...fuel filter was replaced and both coil packs were replaced with msd coils...

I need some ideas here, please help, im getting fed up with this damn thing...

Does it throw any codes? Have you tried unplugging each wire one at a time to see if you have a bad wire

It was a few issues...2 plug wires were crossed, 2 plugs were a little dirty, and 1 fuel injector plug is a lil loose so it works its way off...

Havent really been able to test it, as soon as I got it back from the shop the timing guides broke, so im fixing those now....should be running this weekend...
