S-351 wing question

I was looking into the S-351 wing for my car. Does anyone know if it will bolt right into the stock holes, or will i need to fill those holes in and drill new ones? because i dont want to have to repaint the decklid too.

I just got one and it bolts right up to the stock holes.

i got a real saleen one and it bolted right up to the stock holes, i have had it a while fixing to sell it though, and i am gonna buy one of the s-281's A local guy has one for sale for 100$ it has a big crack in the wing that i will have to fix, but it's fiberglass it's gonna be a piece of cake

as long as you dont buy a real cheap knock off then it will bolt right to the holes. I just got one off Ebay, its not painted or installed yet but its a real nice looking wing, cant wait to get it on.
