Put in a speed density EEC harness and a few things are diff. than my MAF harness. Main Q is, the fuel pump wont stop cycling. how can i eliminate this and have it cycle for the 3 sec. it used to. Most of the other rewiring is done except for the VSS plug where i accidently grounded a power supply, thats when I took a good look at the sensors and the 60 pin and noticed the differences.

how come you put in a speed density harness for a mass air car?

sounds like the opposite of the problem i had. my fuel pump wouldn't turn on. have you spliced into the fuel pump relay? that shouldnt be necessary though since your not converting.

jricher just posted a full wiring diagram a few posts down if you want to check that out. good luck

why you ask, i had 3 S/D harnesses and no Maf. harness. I have not done a thing to the f/p relay. I will look at the other post for some more info thanks.

i feel your pain.

it took 3 mass air conversions to finally work for me. you have the mass air computer and everything else don't you? just not the harness?

I hope you dont feel my pain. If so it does SUCK huh. Yes i have a 90 lx A9P and a 75 pro-m. We could wiggle the harness and all hell would break loose. So i used what i had. ie s/d harness w/ a conversion kit. I just didnt look it over enough to know ALL the differences. Thats why i had an elec. fire when i turned the key for the first time after the swap. Fixed most of it before i gave up, except the f/p keeps running. Hoping the diagram from that link helps. I will gather as much info as i can before i go back to LVMS to complete the wiring. Thanks for your replies.
