Hey guys Im new to the whole forums things so be easy on me if this is a dumb question but if I find a stock steering wheel from a S197 can I put it on my fox, I was thinking that a machine shop could make the center piece to go between the two sizes of splines. I just hate the feel of the foxes and mine looks bad.

I have seen an sn95 one in a fox, but I don't know if they swapped the shaft as well or what, anything is possible with enough money though...

SN95 wheel =
S197 wheel =

Those things are friggin' hideous and, aside from the weird shifter knob, are a total eyesore to what could have otherwise been an okay interior layout. You'd be better off plugging on an SN95 wheel - better feel, and (to my knowledge) no adapter needed. Just my opinion, though.

Yeah, my parents have an '06. That wheel would not look good in a fox. I don't think an SN95 wheel would look good either. Hell, all airbag steering wheels are ugly.

I second that. My 91 has the HUGE WHEEL AND AIR BAG!!! IT pisses me off, I wanted to put an 89 down wheel on my column, but I don't think it would have worked. The clock spring and everything else was different.
