I got to thinking about this last night, why the h3ll did your body man have tape on the trunk to begin with? The spoiler should have been painted and clear coated off of the body, and then installed.. no masking involved. Doesn't quite make sense to me... shoddy rush job if you ask me.
yea i know. i think they maked it off so it wouldnt get tape residue on the trunk or any of the compounds they used to prep the paint for the double sided tape. i believe thats what he was trying to explain to me.
