If you did not know already, the cover is made be T/A and is the same design as T/As, FRPP and others. On ‘99+ Mustangs, some people experience minor contact between the diff cover and underside of the floor pan and may require a little clearance work. I think T/A has a newer model that provides better clearance but I don’t think Saleen has made the change to the new design.

Don’t worry too much about the under carriage. The Saleen class at the show will be street level, not Concours level (clean enough to eat caviar off the power steering rack). You know most, if not all the cars that are going to participate. Consider also that based on the entries received thus far, there will likely be a ’84 to ’98 subclass and 99+ subclass.
Last year, when the judging team came over to our group, they said they weren’t going to look underneath. I can’t promise the same thing this year but considering the other cars in the group, I wouldn’t be too concerned. Make sure to detail anything you can see when squatting in front of the wheel. And clean out your glove box too.
