saleen wing install

Just bought a saleen wing, it looks awesome! It came with all the hardware needed, etc but no instructions. I know its a straight forward install, but it came with these black strap looking things (not talking about the zip ties) and I have no idea what those are for. Does anyone know or has a link to instructions,etc. Thanks!

Heres a picture of everything from another website- want to know what the black things are for in the middle of the pic.

What the hell are those for? Mine didn't come with those.

Dave just said those black strips are probably weather stripping for the base.

Interesting, not sure how that works.... I emailed the company, maybe they will know.

Are they straps with a peg and a hole in the middle. They might be for hole orientation for drilling. You plug them into the wing and mock up the wing on the car. Once you think you have it right, tape down the ends, remove the wing and use the hole as a guide.

that sounds like what you are talking about, they are so you dont have to guess when you drill if you need to put holes in your self.
