samsung A900 blade phone mp3 problem, anybody own one.

hey yall. i just bought a samsung a900 "blade" phone and i am having a problem getting music to play. it has the mp3 player on it and came with the usb cable to download music from my pc to the phone. i converted the files to mp3 file and aac files and the phone keeps saying the formats are not supported. the directions that came with the phone suck so it does not help. it says something about aac. files. mp3 files should work but no they don't. who has this phone and have you figured out how to get the music to work.

If Its a Sprint product ..
I work for Sprint - All you have to do is download a driver to your pc and then connect your usb cable provided and they should load up just fine.
I have owned the a900,900m and am currenlty using the 700treo so i can fix almost any phone problem if its Sprint..
