Rented a Shelby GTH in San Diego this past week from Thursday until Sunday. Very, very nice car, and the power is very needed if you are going to drive in Cali. The passenger door had a major crease and the logos were missing, this noted in the inspection before I got the car. Also there were several cigarette burns in the seats, also noted in the inspection.
I got pics, though not anything that is new and not been posted here before, I took them mainly for my own protection when I turned the car back in. The car was sweet, but I guess due to the emissions in California, it seems choked down. Had more power than my 07 GT, but not much more. This car had really been abused, not that I was disappointed, I got my GTH experience, but Hertz is really dropping the ball on an opportunity letting these cars degrade.
