Hey to each his own man, if I already had all my other mods done, I might think about getting them.

If I had the cash, I would definetly get em, I haven't seen a mustang with them on here in person! So they would be really unique since little would buy them because of the high cost!

I like the look of them on Mustangs. The only problem that I would see would be getting out of your car in a tight parking spot. Since they have to open out before they go up.

They only open a slight bit outward, then they go upward. The total distance outward is probably less then a normal door opening.

they only open out like a foot maybe 2 at most from what i've seen... i know a guy that could make them easily (and cheaply) if someone could get a good few pics of them, or a diagram with dimensions... i have a few pics of the install instructions, but they dont give a size to start with, so it would take some trial and error..

Don't go for a cheap kit because I head that after a while the cheap kit craps out and you'll **** up your doors.

as said before do NOT but a cheap kit, they sag, or sometimes fail and your door will slam down on the side of the car = not good

do not go cheap

I just had these installed, 3/8 thick, heavy duty stuff!
There is a lot to do to get these installed, but done properly means I can lift the door with one finger.
A real attention getter, draws people, (and women) like flies.
Say what you want against them, but in one day I got phone numbers for three fine women, and a date to meet another on Friday!

The "Homies" feel that there is no way ths is "rice", but an elegant install.
Not cheap, but if you want looks!
