Happy 2006!

Come join SCOA-Southwest at the Crystal Cove Promenade Car Show, in the Corona del Mar area, Saturday, January 28th. This weekly, parking lot show attracts cars of all types, though there is always a large turnout of exotics. For a write-up and photos of the last time SCOA participated in the event, go to www.saleenclubofamerica.com and look in the “Event Image Gallery” (March, 2005). The show is a short affair, beginning at 7:00 am and lasting only a couple hours. It’s a great way to get a “car fix” and satisfy your automotive addiction.

The rendezvous location and time will be provided soon.

Do not hesitate to contact either myself at [email protected] or [email protected] for more information.

Here is the rendezvous information.

Like last year, we will meet in the Albertson’s parking lot in Corona Del Mar at 3049 East Coast Highway. At 6:45 am sharp, we will drive the short trip south to the show location. This worked pretty well last time and we were all able to park together. The last I heard, we have about eight cars so far.

Here’s a map to the Albertson's:

Hope to see you there.

If you want to make it into the "regular" parking with all the cars on display you must be there ON TIME.

If you are late you have to park in a different area away from the cars on display.

Are any of you meeting up beforehand? I've never been to the show before.

From post #1, not sure how many others have been added to the list.

You will love it. The best collection of cars at any given time is usually at CC.

Have you taken a look at a prior CC at the SCOA website?
