Join the Southwest Region of the Saleen Club of America for the Donut Derelicts Car Show!
What is it? A weekly, informal gathering in a strip mall parking lot that draws every sort of car, truck and motorcycle imaginable. You never know what or who is going to show up but it is never a disappointment. Hundreds of hot vehicles pack the parking lot every Saturday morning. As the name implies there will be donuts, available at the corner donut/ coffee shop. Derelicts can be found as well, if you look in the right spots.
When is it? Saturday November 6th at 6:00 am (yes, that’s in the morning)
Where is it? Parking lot on the Northeast corner (Goodwill, Ace Hardware) of Magnolia Ave. and Adams in Huntington Beach, So. Cal.
What to Bring: Bring your bright-eyed and bushy-tailed self, any friends and/or family who want to get up at the crack of dawn and a clean Saleen.
The Plan: In order for the club to have a shot at parking together, we will meet early in the Southeast parking lot across from the “show”. At 06:00, we’ll cruise across the street and park in one row. Then, pop your hood, get your coffee, and check out the other cool machines.
The show winds down about 8:00 am. From there we will cruise to get some breakfast nearby.
