Recently my GT started making a intermitent scraping sound when turning to the right while in motion at any speed. It sounds like a car with really worn brakes almost like metal on metal, with high points but it only happens when turning to the right. Any ideas?
wayne: thanks for the reply. I figured out what was causing the scraping noise. When I bought the 07, it had a set of those caliper covers on it. They looked alright so I left them on figuring that when I did the brake upgrade I'd pull them off. Well the clips that insert on the top and bottom of the caliper that holds the covers on were causing the noise. Needless to say the covers are off the car now and all is good. Thanks.
