SCRATCHED WINDOW

Does anyone know if scratches on the outside of the passenger window can be removed?? Like buffing or compounding?? Sort of like what you would do with your paint. Is there a product out there that will make them better???

Some will make it appear better, like err, I think its called detritous earth, or something like that. The truth is, nothing will really take the scratch out of glass, unless you have buffers that can do the ENTIRE peice of glass, and relevel it (like those at a glass factory)
