another thing,i got 4 modules from junk cars with good motors , there 89-91 corwn vics or somthing big cars, they have similat codes on them, well still no spark, pip sensor?
Follow the check list I posted. If you do, you will find your problem quicker and with much fewer mis-directed attempts.
Attempt replacement of the PIP assembly only after you have eliminated all other possible causes of ignition problems except the computer.
Replacement of the PIP sensor requires removal of the distributor, and pressing the gear off the shaft. Once the gear is off, you can slide the shaft & shutter wheel assembly up out of the way and replace the PIP sensor. Most guys just buy a remanufactured distributor.
picken up a distributer tommarrow seeing as i have did everything else except the computer and still no spark. manufactured cost more than i got right now so im gunna go to car junk yard and get a used one and try that. they got them lables good motor for oens that ran when arrived so i will hopfully find a good one.
