There should be a fuse box on the left under the hood and a index under the lid.
BTW-What part of md?

There's a picture in the owner's manual for your car. On my car, it's #20 &#60. There might be multiple numbers though. You are supposed to remove them because when it is downloading the file, the fan and pump run, which wears the battery down. I did it once without pulling the fuses before with no problems though. I usually pull them just to be safe.

I never pull my fuses when I install a tune. My battery works well though.

Better safe than sorry. Take a whole 3 seconds to pull them out.

I was pulling those 2 fuses when i first started messing with my XCAL. For some reason the fan and fuel pump click on as soon as you plug in the XCAL. I think they say to do that because if you have a weak battery and it dies during a download, i bet you;ll be in a world of hurt. But since i know what i'm doing with it, i just get in and do what i need to and get out of it and my battery has been fine. IF you are playing around with it, you might want to pull the fuses so it doesnt drain your battery.

You don't need to pull the fuses.

You'll be fine.

I've flashed mine dozens of times and have never had a problem.

Seriosuly, it takes 2 seconds to pull the fuses. If the battery dies or you loose power for some reason while flashing, you are going to have TONS of trouble. Why take the risk when you can literally pull the fuses in a few seconds?

Do what you guys want, but I'm not lazy
