I get in my car to go to work today, and after about 30 seconds it starts with the seatbelt noise and the light in the cluster. I unbuckle my seatbelt and buckle it up again, and it still keeps dinging. It eventually quit by the time I got to work. After work, it kept on dinging. I ran some errands, and it kept on the whole time. What gives? I looked at it, and the latch works just fine, and all wires are still connected. Any ideas?

Hell no. There was snow and freezing rain all over the place. I was at my garage putting a new exhaust manifold on my winter beater. That snow would have kicked my ass in the Mustang.

Interestingly enough, right after I made the post, I went to get some food in the 'Stang, and the seatbelt just unbuckles out of nowhere. I buckle it back up and it stayed buckled the rest of the trip. I don't want crap like that happening now. Is there a recall/TSB on this sort of thing?

I think seatbelts are permanently covered under warranty for the life of the vehicle. Not sure on this, might want to look it up first.
