What exactly does one get for the $395 security package on the 2011's, besides the ability to add HID headlights? It's not terribly uncommon to see cars at my apartment complex on blocks with the wheels stolen, so maybe the "active anti-theft" and wheel locks will help, but I'd like to know the specifics.

Ford uses the following description:
• Active anti-theft
• Wheel-locking kit

Thanks

It has the following
Perimeter Alarm works off doors, trunk and hood.
Ultrasonic sensors inside to detect movement inside the vehicle
An inclinometer to detect lifting when towed
A seperate horn from the vehicle horn
Locking wheel nuts for each wheel.

Just got it with my 5.0.

It's a cool deal.

You can leave the windows down with the alarm armed and if someone sticks their hand in the window it will set the alarm off.

Yep.. I signed papers on my '11 GT tonight (getting dealer traded to my local dealer in the morning). This was one of the best "bang for the buck" options that I found, IMO.

I got it on mine as well. I think it is well worth it IMHO.
