Shift kits for the most part are junk. If you want to do it right, get a Lentech valve body and pop it in. Makes a world of difference and you wont be accidentally drilling holes in the wrong places or loosing the tiny balls. I know there are many that will rave on how well their B+M shift kit works, but those people have likely never tried a Lentech.

For a Fox AOD, it remaps the pattern to low, 2nd, 3rd, and a switch for O/D. NICE! The valve body is not cheap like a shift kit, but it is complete and ready to go. No guess work.
