I recently lowered my car about 2.5 inches but now the shocks are bottomed out and it is a really bumpy ride. Does anyone know what the right shocks would be to buy with it lowered?
Did you replace the axle stop bushing with a shorter one?
If you didn't then thats the thump you hearing and not the shocks bottoming out.
Anyway I run Tokico premium shocks and struts and they work great on my lowered Mustang LX
