Shorter antenna

I want a shorter antenna, but I dont want to cut my factory one. All the new cars have a different kind of bottom. What are some suggestions?

I dont really want one of those that goes up and down either.

You could just get a regular manual antenna from a parts store and leave the mast part of the way in.
