it's black, 14" conductive rubber. comes with 4 adapters for different manufacturers and tells you which is which one the back. think i'll keep it for a while and see how i like it, and if i get any comments about it. like: "Dude! Your antenna is sooooooo awesome!" it was $4.99 btw

i just took two pics of the autozone antenna and posted them. click on the link in my sig and scroll to the bottom of page 4.

i still havent bothered to figure out how to post pics yet

Yup, better go get one myself all thanks to the local car wash taking mine off and losing it (which I didn't notice until later in the evening as I was listening to CDs). Maybe I should send them the bill!

you can use a CB antenna that is the wire style and run it betweend the rood and winshield..jsut cram it up in there..buddy did it once and it worked great for just a wire antenna

Ah ha! I saw one the other month and was wondering where i could get one. I got the 14in steel one and it's a li'l bent now and just...i'd rather have black. my list for mustangtuning it's growing

UPR sells one for about 20 bucks. I think it's 12-14" long. Looks sharp.

lol. if i did that though, i'd put the antenna inside on the rear thing where the speakers are.

but well...i still haven't been convinced of the $300 install (route it through the stereo, i don't want the seperate thing). been too lazy to find other quotes.
