I would wait. You might fall in love with the new 05 and decided you must have it. It will only be a couple of months till it comes out.

My .2

You owe $13 Grand and you want to buy another brand new Mustang GT? WTF is the matter with you? You haven't even paid off our car yet and you want to get into even deeper debt? Keep your current Mustang and try to pay it off within the next few years. By then, you will have more miles put on it and you can trade it in or sell it to some stupid young kid and then buy yourself a brand new one. You don't want to put yourself into more debt right now. I would wait if I were you. Why do you want to have a car payment? It's good to pay keep it and pay off the loan and have it for a few years without a loan.

There are no differences between 99-current, that would make me think about taking one in the rump like that. Keep it, definitely.

I would not trade it in for a newer GT, if your going to add more bills or put yourself in debt do it with a 03-04 Cobra. It will be alot more fun

Sorry to say that if you still owe 13K on your car, you are upside down on the loan. I doubt you will get that much if you trade it in or sell privately. Keep the car for at least a year and try to pay it off. Wait till the initial feeding frenzy is over on the 05 and you will get a better deal on a new Stang.

Just my $0.02.....

By the way... I just paid off my 99GT this month and I am looking forward to a couple of months of without that car payment to save for my next car. (I still have a payment on my wife's new truck)

I still owe $15,800 on my 02 Black GT 5peed. with 3 years left to pay.
All I know is once my car is paid off, im gonna aquire a supercharger. and mod the hell outa it. For now I have minor mods....but more money will be available once it is paid off for more mods.

U have a 00 and still owe 13k? U are WAYYYYY upside down.
If I was you, I would get me a 03 cobra (used) Get rid of the one you have now before it depreciates more
