i traced the stock gasket onto a piece of alum, cut it out, added some RTV and bolted it to the intake

Did the same, 1/4 piece from Lowes and some aluminum polish good to go

Cut a[size=-1] Rectangle[/size] drill 2 holes good to go..pretty easy. Or if you can somehow track one down supposedly a 351C fuel pump block off plate works. *shrug* I couldn't find one So I made one.

my EGR tube snapped in half when i was installing my cobra intake and it was cheaper to delete then to buy a new tube. havnt noticed any difference in the way the car runs (besides the extra kick the intake added )

Sweet! I'm going to order one. My egr blockoff I made isnt thick enough I have to use alot of sealant so it works correctly. This will look alot cleaner and work better.

I had to use a ton of sealant with the 351C blockoff plate. Still barely sealed.

all the egr does is help emissions right? Its pretty much usless, and if not done right it will trip the CEL...

Dont have a pic , but I just bought the polished one, mainly because it was only a few $$ on Ebay, and at the time I did it, it was quicker to get it sent to me than to go buy it, b/c I think I was working a 7-day stretch at the time. Fit nice and looked blingy!
