Side exhaust questions.

My girlfriends sister has a 2001 V-6 mustang and i was wondering what options were out there for side exhaust. I saw the spintech system but the tip sticks out to far. Can you change the tip or anything? Anyone have pics?

cdc has a side exaust out, don't know if it will fit v-6 stangs or not. check it out.

you can get any side exhaust you want......you'd have to take it to a muffler shop if you want it installed correctly. As far as I know, there are no direct bolt on kits

Yes, CDC makes side exhaust kits for 94-04 Mustangs.

have it made custom..thats what i did my total was $350 it included dynomax superturbo mufflers,2 98 roush tips and the exhuast work and a x pipe after my cats.

It looked great at first but i also have subframes so the pipes hang really low plus i race my car at the track every fri during the summer and the stress from launching has bent the pipes so one tip sticks out 2in more and the other one is in towards the car about 2in.

So i just bought a mach 1 catback to use with flowmasters

heres a pic of my exhuast almost finished.you can see the subframe connecters and one side pipes not welded on yet. plus you can see my aftercats x pipe.

im thinkin about side exhaust for mine...what kind of muffler did you use?... can you buy just a muffler made for side exaust? ...and does flowmaster make one?
