Side Marker Light 2013

My front passenger side marker light is out and I need to replace it. Has anyone done this yet? I can't figure out how to get to the bulb without having to take the front bumper cover off. I have tried to get at it from the engine bay and also from underneath and no luck.

Install for the actual marker lamp, but should help...
