Side window seal???

So I get out of my car and look back. The little side window has the black gasket hanging out of it.

What gives with this? It's not ripped or anything.

Mine did that once too. I just pushed it back in and its been fine for years now.

Tried that.... it came back out. Guess I'm going to have to take the panel off and see what holds that little sucker in there.... that is unless someone has a pic with that panel removed????
