Silicone adhesive on my bumper...

I recently removed the front air dam that was already installed on my car when I bought it. Now, there are a couple globs of I think some kind of silicone adhesive that I'm trying to get off. I was able to pick a lot of it off with my fingers, but can anyone tell me the best way to get it all off?
