Hola Mr. Chicken,

Awesome idea and info., however, a blatant link to a competitive forum with no other discussion/supporting text is not allowed. Don't want to come off like an SS trooper, just doing my job.

I have ramps, but they won't work once I get a chin spoiler installed. Even now I have to put a few boards on each side so that the front doesn't scrape.

I have a board too, and found that it sounds pretty bad if I get territorial and try to diss anybody else, as though they have nothing to say. The reason that boards exist is so that the readers gain information- well, that's my philosophy anyway. I don't care whose board is whose. You have the authority to limit posts, but that's a silly rule.

Basic overview:
Take 2"x10"s(or 2"x12"s if you have wider tires)and build step ramps with 18" between each step. As shown it will lift your car 6". Add a 5th row and your car will be lifted 7.5". Adding the 5th step will still not have your rear tires touch the ramp. Pre-drill holes for the nails/screws to prevent the wood from splitting.

Other than being a little on the heavy side they sure will do the trick and for not a lot of $$.

That's what they were saying. Depending on the dampness of the wood, they could weigh around 30-40 lbs each. They said they used $30 in materials to build them. Not bad considering they will support many many tons and not scrape front ends that only have 2" of front ground clearance. Ground clearance is already a problem with the ramps I have and I still have OEM tires and suspension

I haven't found a good winter beater yet, so I've decided not to lower it or get wheels until I do.

I appreciate it, but a 2" rear drop may not allow for the 10" wide wheel with the 295s I want to run

It will. My friend has 295's out back and 265's up front with a sportline drop.

He has 18x9's up front and 18x10s out back.
