I installed the Sirius plug and play, the Stratus.
Easier than I thought.
I think I did a good job routing the wires.
I didn't want the antenna on the exterior of the car, so I put the antenna into the well for the carseat hook, removing the hook cover completely.
No wire on the rear deck, and the antenna fits nice and snug for a clean look.
Reception is great.
Also took shot from the other side so you can see where I routed the wires.
The wires from the unit into the crease by the glovebox are all you see.
I'm pretty happy.

Love the antenna install..... Might go that way when I do mine. I need to figure out a way to mount that and my Ipod so I don't put any holes in the dash tho..... Need a clean look myself. Looks good overall though!!

I hear you about the holes.
Mine is held on with tape.
After taking the pics I cut the heads off of a couple of black screws and taped them over the holes, looks like it is screwed in.

You can actually install a Sirius antenna under the rear deck, completely hidden, and still get great reception.
I replaced my factory radio with an Alpine that controls my Sirius and ipod.
I had factory Sirius but the factory antenna won't work with any other radio. And the factory drills a hole in the trunk to mount the antenna. So I mounted the new antenna under the rear deck where it is completely hidden. People see the factory antenna but it is not the one that delivers my signal.
I wish Ford would use antennas that will work with aftermarket systems or at least not drill a hole in the trunk.
My main point is that you can hide the antenna under the rear deck and get good reception.
