slow crank

i have a 1990 5.0 mustang when i start my car in the morning its starts realy good then i drive it for like 20 mins or around there to my destination i turn it of for maybe 10-5 min and when i try to start it up it cranks but it makes a sound like when batery is low and it starts
the only problem is the way it cranks after i drive it is this normal
wat can it be
any help is good help thanks

how old is the battery?
also, do you have any oil leaks that can be getting on the starter?

the battery is like a year old its good i checked it with volts tool
actualy i do in one of the valvecovers the engine in the bottom is really oily and dirty

i'd wager that your starter is soaked with oil and when it the engine get hot the oil in the starter get hot effecting its operation.
you are going to have to address the oil leak prior to repairing/replacing the starter.

oh i see would it help if took of the starter and tryed to clean it up im kind of in a buget right know and for the oil leak i tighten the valve covers the engine looks dirty cuase the punk that had it before never bother to even clean it up a bit

Check your battery's ground cable.

Could be the starter itself.
I had one that would get heat soaked and if i drove the car it would be really hard to start if it didn't cool off before i tried to start it again.
