SLP X and emissions

Have any of you or know anyone that has had emissions testing with their SLP catted X. If so how did they do?

failed one at my work. they are not legal here. we told the guy it wasnt legal and even if he blew 0's out the pipe he would fail so he declined to test.

Not even trees are legal in CA. Failing a smog test in CA with anything but stock is no surprise.

Anyone have a catted SLP X in New Jersey? I want to get one, but dont want emission problems...
