Anyone have any experience with the SLP X-pipe yet? I was always impressed with their camaro products and was thinking of going with their catted pipe on my GT.

I just got it. The quality is top-notch. It comes with everything, new passenger side gasket and new nuts/bolts for the driver's side header so it doesn't leak.

unless its got a CARB sticker or an EO # it won' pass visual here. so you'll have to take it off every 2 years

why did you buy an SLP X-pipe if you already have a Dr. Gas X pipe?

yeah, none of the x-pipes will

like i mentioned in the intake thread, the catted x-pipe would probably fool cops, but i'm sure i'd have to swap for the sniffer.

you wont have to necessarily swap for the sniffer, cause most likely it'll pass if they use good quality cats. but the visual will mess you up. what you could do is gut 2 cats and weld them up behind the 2 functional ones, so it looks like you have 4 cats on there.

Sits too low. If the car is stock height you're set otherwise watch out, it scraps on EVERYTHING and I got sick of it.

I'll hopefully be getting mine within the next week. Ordered it last Friday and Pete from Mustang Tuning said it would take a week or two. It comes with new bolts and gaskets, too? Dang, I guess it is a complete kit.

Scraps on my car too. Can't even pull into my garage without taking a chunk out of the concrete. I put the stock pipe back on for now.
