Yesterday, I went on a road trip with a bunch of Mustangs for the West Coast Nationals here in Lacey WA. Me and about 50 other Mustangers went to Mt.St. Hellens (the volcano). Needless to say it was all up hill. We reached about 3,000ft and all the cars started to get slow because of the thin air. I developed a headache. But anyway, I was running 3,000RPM and going 30MPH for about half an hour straight. When we all exeeded 4,000ft, the line of cars was near a crawl and I was doing 3500RPM and 25MPH. The car felt like it was boging down. We finaly got to our destination at 4,300ft at the summit. I turned the car off, and came back later and started it. The car ran great! I left the mountain and now my car has so much more power, it's louder, and has better gas milage! Do you think I blew a bunch of garbage out my tailpipe?
