Small electical question

Alright all my wheel buttons (horn and cruise buttons) all stopped working suddenly and I figured a wire got disconnected. I look under the dash, and this is what was dangling down:

I cant find where it hooks into though? I assume its the steering wheel controls.

can't really see it in the pic don't think it your probable tho. because the horn i know runs down throw the main harness

Can't really see exactly what's happening in the picture but check your fuse. Couldn't tell you exactly which fues it is right now but it was listed in my owners manual. Had the same thing happen to me and it was just a blown fues there under my dash.

I also can't make out anything in the picture. On my 88, right under the column is the first connector for the horn/CC. One connector is grey and the other is brown. There's 3 wires total (between the two connectors).
