Those lines dont run to the smog pump. The smog pump has one large black hose running to the back of it, as I recall (I had to say it, as I see it as a source of confusion).

The small vac lines are used to control the pathway of the EGR (TAB/TAD, etc).

The 4 little vacuums lines are red, green , white and pink. Since my car is stored and I dont remember this stuff by heart, I cant be sure of what I'll tell you. Although it is VERY easy to just follow the lines yourself by looking at them. One of them goes to the fuel regulator (think it's the red). You keep it. One of them goes to the EGR (think it's the green one), you keep it unless you're not runing it. The 2 others are used for the smog pump stuff (looks like pink and white in your pic), YES you need to block them if you're bypassing your smog system. Just insert a small screw in it and seal it well with some silicone and you're set.
