Smog pump?

CE light?? that is for the 96 and up guys...o/r pipes don't throw CE lights for us...

Ok well either way you aren't using the smog pump anytime soon sooo.... first moment of business is to find something to cap off the tube on your H-pipe. It also doesnt' sound good that he plugged off the line and left it there. You usually take it out and then plug it off. If you think about it you have a pump thats generating air and there is no where for the air to go. You could get some negative side effects leaving it that way. To answer your question: The eliminator kit is nice because it will make the pulley a little more free flowing but don't expect to see a lot of HP gain from it. Whats nice about doing it that way, you don't have to find a different size belt. You could bypass it, but like mentioned before you have to check a few different belt sizes out the nice part though is you don't have to plug up the air tubes going to the back of your crank case. Last but not least, if you do take it completely out you need to plug up the tubes going to the back of your crank case. YOu can just leave them there and stick a large bolt into them.
