Engine Smog Will Not Pass Due To Cracked Hose

Hello, I'm having a lot of trouble trying to find the right name for this hose but can't find it. Anyone know what this hose is called? Thanks

That's just the oil breather tube. Surprised that's keepin It from passing. For years I ran a k&n cap with those holes plugged.
Regardless, just go get some properly sized vacuum hose and squeeze it on, if you are afraid it will come undone put some pipe clamps on it.

You can use any vacuum hose for this. Just need to find a diameter that slips over the two nipples.
