I sal a 98 with a set of these on.. The car was white.. it looked ok, I think they would look better on a darker color car. I know if PA they are illegal...

they look amazing on yellow cars, i prefer the clear ones though seeing as those are the ones i got for my car. they really make it look like a brand new car again
