Was a couple things. First, my timing was off. Second, the connector to the IAC has its plastic locks broken. So that was sliding out a little. The shop did a quick and dirty zip tie to keep it cinched in place. I will consider whether or not to slice in a new connector. Finally, the hot start was just a cable slipping out of its sheath. So that go re-pressed and is working great.
Ill get some pics ready before and see if there is any final buttoning up needed for a most clean look.
Can't remember where from but you can buy those plastic wire connectors and just repin your connector. Someone will know where, I had a catalog at the shop I hung at but that was wholesale.
