I picked up a 93 Gt last week. Electric door locks didn’t work. I pulled the door panels and got new switches. Got out the multimeter and have power to everything seems to be good. So I got new actuators thinking that was the issue. No dice, locks still don’t work……plus now my drivers window doesn’t work! Any ideas?

A multi-meter is not a good tool to use in this case.
You can have a 12 volt reading at the wire end, but that does not mean that the wire will carry the load.
You need to test for voltage with a test light.
If it will light a test light, then the circuit is good.
A multi-meter can read 12 volts, but there may be high resistance on the circuit that prevents any current (amps) from going through.
