Removed the gear-set COMPLETELY(mainly because of the 4.56 gears, i had to. great thing i did too).

So i welded several gaps between the teeth on the spider gears. 240volts @ 100amps worked great. I could see the gear metal actually melt and get filled in. I made darn sure if i saw any bubbles i grind it down and do it again. I took my time. ( i might need to mention i have a habit of taking pictures before things get done)

Tested it a few times already...
oh, and i'm on STREET TIRES .. Michelin and Goodyear
... from a 500ft burnout to more than several launches All has gone well.

Of course there is the wheel "scrape" sound at slow speed turns.
Oh, and if you have low tire pressure on one side of the car..you WILL notice it. I was wondering why it was pulling to the right and i had to hold the wheel to the left a bit; got home, checked tire pressure, fixed it right up and works flawlessly.

How far does it turn until it "locks" you may be wondering.
on Stock wheels... 3 inches. or about an 1/8 of a turn.

While i'm here i might as well say this...
Don't get 4.56 gears with a 15"wheel / 26"tall tire.
When all you have to do is 1/4 throttle in 1st gear and half throttle in second to mark the pavement...yeah, i don't recommend it. It's like driving on black ice when you desire that quick fast acceleration. Might as well keep the 2.73's and have a 100-shot of nitrous(i'm guessing) to have better results.

I think it shaved around 2.3seconds off the straights. Not 100% sure though.

There is this curve i would like to slide. I have no e-brake but i'll try and torque-steer it to get a good video in.
