....and it took 2 1/2 hours to make my thirty minute commute from downtown Seattle to Edmonds. Idiots everywhere. Why does two inches of snow make Seattle drivers even stupider than usual? I saw one guy chaining up his Volvo in the second lane from the right in the middle of I-5 at Northgate. Another one abandoned her BMW in the left lane at 145th. My favorite was the new Saleen S281 abandoned on 205th at Meridian. Who in their right mind drives their Saleen Mustang on a day with snow in the forecast? My daily driver is a 2004 Crown Vic Sport with four studded tires, traction control and ABS. I didn't even spin a tire on the way home.

I'm now having a cocktail and watching the game. I think I'll stay home tomorrow.

I know what you mean. I saw a guy try to cut in front of a bunch of us in the right lane and he drove completely off the road! Nobody pulled over to see if he was ok. Idiot!
As for the Saleen, sometimes thats all you have! I had to drive my 04 Cobra today! I took off the next few days just cuz I can!

I swear people in the NW do not know how to drive... whenever it rains everyone slows to a crawl, whenever it snows, people panic and freak out! The one thing I love most about my truck, is instead of being stuck behind people, most see me coming and just move aside for me

Down here in Hockinson, the snow was coming down, but very little accumulated on the roads. Still, I was following at 30mph in a 50. Do people not realize that just because the roads are wet they still have traction, despite whats in the air?

^One of the most liberal states in the union, thats why! Like you said, no sense.

If they are a frequent mountain traveler, it makes sense, but even so, not much.
