Soft tires or bad luck

I just had to replace yet another OEM tire on my 2018 GT PP1 Edition. I've had at least 6 flat tires on my Michelin PILOT SPORT 4S tires and had to replace two of them (both rear tires). I'm not driving in unusual places but I've never had tires with this many issues - ever. Anybody else have a similar story or, better yet, a good explanation?

What was the cause of the flats? Objects in the threads? cuts in sidewalls? Random flat?

Seriously, those types of incidents tend to run in streaks. Sabotage would be if someone is dumping nails in front of your driveway or propping them under your tires while parked.
Roofing and construction season brings the sharp objects to the roads here.
Consider getting the road hazard coverage for your next tires.
Sticky tires should be softer, but not object magnets. I once took out a truck tire with an aluminum can.
It happens.

dude, every nail or screw goes into an old paint can or some other sealed container for this exact reason. I'm so flippin paranoid about it.

you should learn how to plug your tires, though.

Tue hole in this one was almost 3/4" - no patching it... th4e car is in the garage every night and I even have one of those magnet brooms and do the driveway regularly.
