Engine rebuilt w/ forged (domed) pistons newRings bearings, oil pump, Custom head work, Aft mrkt intake, throttle body, injectors, control arms. Motor set up for vortec supercharger at 10psi (for now). 3.73 gears, disc breaks all the way around. 5 lug conversion 03 cobra's w/ 275's front and back. B-303 cams welded torque boxes, subframe connectors flow master exhaust, X pipe (no cats) shorty headers. New clutch, cowl hood, saleen spoiler and painted black w/ black leather interior.

Thats all that i can think of. But my question is will i regret it?

Lose the ugly spoiler. 4.10s instead of 3.73, limited slip, upgraded rear axles, look into getting AFR 165\185s or something of the like,go with long tubes instead of the short tube headers, 245s up front 275s in the back, your chasis mods are good, torque boxes and subframes, but your definately gonna miss some of the handling charecteristics of the awd, so i'd look into getting a suspension kid of some sort. MOST IMPORTANTLY GET IT TUNED BY SOMEONE WHO IS A PROFFESIONAL.

The Griggs shop car (Fox body) has 300+ size tires on the front. 275's are very do-able, if you want it bad enough. (like really, really bad)
For the most part though, I agree. Going bigger than 245's requires more modification$ than it's probably worth.

I agree, I rub in the front with skinny 225s.

just a few lingo issues though.
1: domed pistons make for high compression which isnt very compatable.
2: V8s only have one cam, lol
3: You may not need custom head work. Most american V-8s are supported by multiple companies that make engine parts like intake manifolds and cylinder heads. I know the ricer side is the complete opposite.

V8's only have one cam? And how many cams does a 4.6 Modular engine have?

i've been havin good experiences with the e-303 cam. its quite mild and has a slight lope which sounds great. Its powerband my setup anyway is roughly 2500-5200rpm give or take

You shoulda bought my 5.0 .

For the cam, I have a Crane 2031 that is supposed to be a mild/moderate blower stick. Its smog legal like an E-303 and has a nice sound.
