Update:
i just need a length measurement on a MAF so i can finish this up. I dont have my stocker around anymore. I plan to use a PMAS MAF and i tried to email a their vendor but got no response.. I figure the two mafs' must be about the same length.

Wouldn't you want a coupler on the cold side for when the engine moves a little?

BTW - lookin' good.... all these turbo projects are making me want one.

HEY!!! MINE RUNS........today anyway.....

wow that is a great build man, top notch. Someday i want to switch out to a large single, BUT the damn emissions demon wont let me.....How are you gonna get around that one? I made my setup so i can bolt my stock h-pipe in, and my car passed emissions with flying colors.

What injectors and maf are you gonna run?
What size cold side...2-1/2?
What a/r mp turbo? .81?

and that intake really looks nice...how is the fit on that typhoon intake? i am still running an explorer type and should upgrade sometime.

Even if they only ran 10% of the time, it is still worth it! How could you ever go from having 500 rwhp to less?

Thanks man. I can usually get a sticker.. You just gotta know someone...

Im gonna run 42lb injectors, and a 3inch PMAS MAF
Yes its 2-1/2
Yes the ar is .81

I had a typhoon on my old 95 and i liked it. This one is nice too, its not as nicely casted as an edelbrock one (port wise) but its good enough for the price. I got that intake for less then 340 already polished.

Andy - Im not sure for a hood yet. I was thinking a 3-1/2 cowl.. I dont think ill need TOO much height as the intake doesnt have a spacer. Its just the cold side piping going towards the fender that may be an issue. BTW ill be getting those parts out to you soon, ive been pretty tied up here lately. Ill let you know when i send em out...

Adam - thanks for the measurment buddy!

oink - thanks man. I was planning on a normal silver, like on the 03 cobras, i forget the name.. Im still not 100% decided on a color yet though..

gcom - there are silicone conectors.. but they are in the fenders. One on passenger side, and two on the driver side because of the maf. I like the no conector look in the bay, thats why i wanted to keep them in the fenders.

I agree rio, i totally miss my last turbo stang. I gave up on it too quick. There is just something sooo cool about it, from the whitsle at part throttle to the sick power these turbos can make.
