I'm glad because its really hard to find someone that owns or has experience with actual side exit exhaust. At this point I'm willing to err on the side of caution if it means keeping my hearing. It seems that even a quiet setup tends to sound loud when it dumps out right behind the door. I'll probably wing it a little and tweak mine if necessary. If worse comes to worst, I'll just use Dynomax straight-throughs with tails.

Those glasspacks sound awesome and they're cheap. On a mild car like mine, they are not loud at all. Start adding performance and they get loud really quick.
As for the Flowdrone, all you have to do is shorten one side of the exhaust so the mufflers are offset.

That does sound good. I am looking to change my exaust also. Everyone I talked to told me not to run them out the sides because I am on the highway all the time at work and when the weather gets better I want to drive it more.

Here my 69 coupe.

Even if the front didnt settle(my '65 sat like that in drivable form!), I'd be doing something to make it sit right. Its going to be a trans-am restomod afterall.
